The collection includes two land purchase agreements signed by Kenton, one of which was signed by Levi Todd, the first clerk of Fayette County, Kentucky (April, 1786). Also present is a signed deposition made by Kenton at the Bracken County courthouse concerning his and Daniel Boone's actions at the Battle of the Blue Licks.
